God created man to take care of the creatures He made. But sadly, there have been numerous cases of brutal animal slaughtering reported around the world. There’s the Yulin Dog Meat Festival wherein 10,000 dogs were slaughtered. There are also reports of cats being tortured, boiled alive and served in China. Another gruesome murder of animals happened in Nepal where more than 250,000 animals, including buffalo, birds and goats were slaughtered as sacrifice for a Hindu Goddess. The latest case of animal massacre is so extensive that you won’t believe it’s true.

It is reported that 250 pilot whales were brutally killed in two beaches at the Faroe Islands in Denmark.

“We must fight against the spirit of unconscious cruelty with which we treat the animals. Animals suffer as much as we do. True humanity does not allow us to impose such sufferings on them. It is our duty to make the whole world recognize it. Until we extend our circle of compassion to all living things, humanity will not find peace.” ― Albert Schweitzer

What is happening to the world? To hunt for whales is one thing but to kill hundreds every year is barbaric. Something must be done to stop this senseless killing. Know more about this issue HERE, and help spread awareness for this barbaric act.
