Most women are surprised to receive flowers during special occasions, but a widow from Casper, Wyoming United States had more reason to be surprised than most, as she received a bouquet on valentines day from her dead husband.

Shelly Golay lost her husband Jim, almost a year ago, after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor.

But two days before Valentine’s day Shelly was stunned when she received a flower from her dead husband.

She was speechless when she first seen the flowers, but she thought they were from her kids even though it came with a touching note which read  “Happy Valentine’s Day, Honey. Stay strong! Yours Forever, Love Jim.”

Apparently, Jim Knew he wouldn’t last, so before he died, he immediately arranged a plan for his wife to have Shelly’s favorite flowers delivered to her every Valentine’s Day for the rest of her life.

“He’s such an amazing man and he just can love beyond boundaries. There is no boundaries with him, even in death. He’s just amazing.” Shelly said.

“It was true love and you just don’t find that very often, you know. The fairy tale romance, the knight in shining armor, you just don’t find that. And even though we didn’t get the fairy tale ending, it was amazing.” She added.
